SECURITY DEPOSIT

A reservation/security deposit of $350 is due upon booking a reservation. This deposit will be fully refunded by check within 14 days of departure providing there is no damage or theft and all policies and conditions are followed. Deposit must be received 7 days of booking or reservation will be cancelled.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

In addition to the rental rate, a 11.5% Florida tax is added to the invoice. Full rental payment is due 60 days prior to arrival and may be paid by a personal check. Reservations made on short notice require payment by a credit card. No personal checks will be accepted for short notice bookings.
