It is located 2 miles east of the Destin Commons and 2
miles west of the Silver Sands Outlet Mall.
Do you charge a cleaning fee?
No. The cleaning fee is included in the rate.
Do you rent to vacationing students under 25?
No. Parents must accompany any of their children under
the age of 25 at all times.
Is this home located on the beach?
No, however, we are only 100 yards to the beach. It is just
a short walk to the private beach access.
